MediaTemple (mt)

Just thought I’d post a quick topic. I’ve been working hard over the past week to transfer all my digital data to (mt). I’m so tired of GoDaddy hosting. I’ll probably talk more about this in a later post, however I couldn’t be happier with these new guys. Yes you pay a premium, however their support has been amazing. I can’t tell you how nice it is to call a support number, wait less than 2 minutes for someone to pickup… Then have a standard technician walk you through how to rewrite an SQL file so that I could transfer a database to their system. Love it! Will post more later, time for some Assassins Creed.

Apartment Searching

It’s a never ending battle, specially in San Francisco! Although I’m happy to say I’ve found a cozy, little, but nice apartment in downtown SF. It’s located in the heart of Little Italy. Am heading their shortly to checkout the place in person. It’s right in the price range too! Will be sure to post back with some of my own photos.

Drobo T-10,000
Just finished reading a great article about a gigantic supercomputer that holds over 6 petabytes of data! Not crazy enough to imagine? Well, it’s also growing by leaps and bounds, try 100 terabytes a month! You should definitely checkout this araticle: http://www.mydl.me
